I LOVE avocados, like really love them. I could eat them every day. Although I know they are chuck full of healthy fats, I can’t do that. I was inspired to make a healthy alternative to bruschetta with this simple quick and easy recipe. I know you will love it as much as I do. It’s perfect on a cold winter day, serving it at a party or as a healthy snack for your kids to enjoy.
