Truffle Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

A delightful gourmet popcorn recipe
  • 1 bag of Orville Redenbacher's Gourmet Butter Popcorn
  • 1 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • ¼ cup of finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  1. Pop the Orville Redenbacher's popcorn according to directions.
  2. While that is in the microwave, combine all the other ingredients (except the parmesan cheese) in a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for just 3 mins. You don't want to burn the rosemary.
  3. In a large bowl, put half the bag of popped popcorn, pour half the truffle oil and rosemary blend over the popcorn and half the parmesan cheese. Mix that all together and then repeat with the other half of everything.
  4. NOTE: Make sure you do this as soon as the popcorn comes out of the microwave. The heat from the hot popcorn softly melts the parmesan cheese. Not to a gooey gooey state, just enough to soften it.
